Statement of claim against a corporation, a purchaser of goods which has not paid for the goods.
This is a short form of statement of claim suing for "goods sold and delivered", which sues on three invoices. The Defendant does not have perfect records of how much has been delivered, and invoiced, and paid for. The Defendant does not have 100% faith in the Plaintiff's accounting system. So the Defendant requests particulars of the claim, including documents.
