Tas - Notice to neighbour of urgent repair in 7 days
A notice under Boundary Fences Act 1908 to a neighbour that the dividing fence defining a common boundary in the State of Tasmania has been damaged by accident and in 7 days it will be repaired and the neighbour is required to pay for half of the repair. This notice is to be served on the neighbour or the neighbour's attorney or agent personally or by post or, if the owner is not in the State and does not have an attorney or agent, by publication in a newspaper for two consecutive weeks.
