Contingency plan
This contingency plan is designed for system outage. It describes the system, its related systems and their inter-dependencies. It shows how to calculate the risk factor based on the operational risk model and assists in describing three types of trigger, time-based or management-based. It promotes 2 types of strategy, a general strategy and strategies particular to the trigger.

A general contingency plan that clicks in when any incident occurs involving hazardous waste.
A general contingency plan that clicks in for any accidental event involving any likelihood of serious illness or loss of life.
A general contingency plan that clicks in when water quality falls to a certain level or when any incident occurs involving water quality or any incident that could impact on water quality.
