A fully-developed template based on the Vancouver style, following requirements established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. This template is based on the notion of a university/hospital academic who is a conjoint associate professor presenting a monograph to his/her peers. This example includes expectations for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Also includres formatted endnotes, common symbols and abbreviations used and 11 different referencing styles in the bibliography. Also includes headings at three (indented) levels that have three-level (numeric = [n.n.n]) numbering. Eight numbered chapters and 12 non-numbered chapters.
