This Contract of Services is a simple contract for a Service Provider who works on an outsourced job (such as bus services for the Members and Guests of the local football club). The contract makes specific reference only to federal law and therefore can be used in any State. This includes reference to A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth), Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth), the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth); the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth); the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth); the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth).
