Consultancy Agreement

This Service Contract (called Consultancy Agreement) is for a consultant to work on a project to be completed by a given time (the 'term') and to be paid for on the delivery of [the results of (primarily) intellectual pursuits] within that term. The agreement concentrates on professionalism, technical abilities and the intellectual property (IP) of the final delivery. The contract requires an initial payment to get the job under way and [results of pursuit] (such as report, design, plan, exposure, etc.) are delivered at particular milestones.

Contract of Employment (Senior) Hiring Fee Co2

Employed by a Company. Signed by Director(s)/Secretary. This contract of employment is designed for an important recruit in any State of Australia. It pays a special (significant) hiring fee to the new recruit to "come on board". Because this is a large amount, it expects certain benefits to the employer, including extended loyalty, confidentiality and restraint of trade, and it needs certain remedies if these are not delivered.

Consent to use premises as Registered Office - Company

NSW - Statutory Declaration (consortium)

A statutory declaration (NSW) for inclusion in the RFT to be filled in by a tenderer who is a consortium (a number of corporations coming together (as joint venturers or partners) for the explicit purpose of the project under tender) and signed by an officer of each of the corporations authorised by the respective Boards under Instruments of Delegation. It contains declarations on all the significant rules for disqualification, such as collusive tendering, unsuccessful tenderers’ kick-backs, conflicts of interest, unlawful inducements, etc. New South Wales State law.

CTH - Stat dec re change of name - Two way verification

A simple statutory declaration required for change of record after change of name of a Shareholder for changes to the Members' record. This one contains both signatures, the old signature that can be checked against an existing record and the new signature that can be checked against the new record. This contains a suggested letter from the Company Secretary to the Shareholder requesting the required documentation.
