NSW - Notice of urgent repairs to fence (unequal)

A notice under Dividing Fences Act 1991 to a neighbour to assist in the payment for repair of a dividing fence defining a common boundary, in the State of New South Wales, in which the work has already been carried out because of urgent circumstances requiring immediate work and causing an inability to issue a notice prior to the work being carried out and in which the costs are to borne in unequal proportion. This notice is to be served on the neighbour personally or by post to the neighbour's usual or last known residential or business address.

Tas - Notice to neighbour for immediate repair or else

A notice under Boundary Fences Act 1908 to a neighbour that the dividing fence defining a common boundary in the State of Tasmania has been damaged by their neglect and must be repaired immediately or else it will be repaired and the neighbour will be required to pay for all. This notice is to be served on the neighbour or the neighbour's attorney or agent personally or by post or, if the owner is not in the State and does not have an attorney or agent, by publication in a newspaper for two consecutive weeks.
