Will - Widower

A typical Australian last will and testament for a widower with three children. The testator sets up three trusts after his death to provide for each of his three children and their direct descendants ("lineage" concerns), thereby excluding the issues of marriage and divorce from the determination of beneficiaries. A clause that can be inserted in the Will to exclude particular persons from being a beneficiary under this Will. Not all Wills will need this clause but in some circumstances it could warn the non-beneficiary from pursuing a contest and make such a contest less likely to succeed. It will be inserted after SPECIAL GIFTS AND BEQUESTS and before RESIDUAL GIFTS DEVISES AND BEQUESTS. (P-21298)
