Layed out in GANTT style. This project status report is designed for consultants planning their commitment to an external job or for internal jobs on the "days only" work schedule (see J-0005). It includes a Budget / Actual comparison and a planned effort to complete the project forecast with a forecast/budget comparison.
This is an interesting example. A simple monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report over the life of the contract. It shows actuals to date and forecast to complete and a cash flow forecast all in the one "easy to read" spreadsheet. International project planning document.
