QLD - Statutory Declaration (single tenderer)

A statutory declaration (QLD) for inclusion in the RFT to be filled in by a tenderer who is a single corporation and signed by an officer authorised by the Board under an Instrument of Delegation. It contains declarations on all the significant rules for disqualification, such as collusive tendering, unsuccessful tenderers’ kick-backs, conflicts of interest, unlawful inducements, etc. Queensland State law. A statutory declaration (QLD) for inclusion in the RFT to be filled in by a tenderer who is a single corporation and signed by an officer authorised by the Board under an Instrument of Delegation. It is for use in the special case where two tenderers have openly colluded to independently bid for and supply separate parts of the tender, the sum of which meets or exceeds the requirements, and who wish to be considered concurrently for the tender.

It contains declarations on all the significant rules for disqualification, such as collusive tendering, unsuccessful tenderers’ kick-backs, conflicts of interest, unlawful inducements, etc. Queensland State law.

NSW - Statutory Declaration (consortium)

A statutory declaration (NSW) for inclusion in the RFT to be filled in by a tenderer who is a consortium (a number of corporations coming together (as joint venturers or partners) for the explicit purpose of the project under tender) and signed by an officer of each of the corporations authorised by the respective Boards under Instruments of Delegation. CTH - Statutory Declaration (personal services business)

Another way of achieving the Personal Services Contract. A statutory declaration (any State) to accompany any contract between an Issuer and a Tenderer where the Tenderer declares that he/she qualifies as a personal services business under one or more of the four qualifications laid down by the ATO under the Alienation of Personal Services Income Regulations NAT 8028 and includes the definition of qualifications laid down by NAT 4788, thereby giving the Issuer the confidence to go ahead with signing the contract.
