Register of Interest (ROI)

This Register of Interest (ROI) is expected to be prepared by suppliers with whom we hope to create a long term relationship. The successful suppliers will be added to our short list and from time to time will be requested to issue a quotation for goods and/or services. The ROI allows us to check them out first before we start to buy from them on a regular basis, or to only issue the RFQ to suppliers who have been checked and proven as viable.

Quotation

This Quotation is a response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of goods or services. It assumes that there is no need to justify or promote the relationship with the Issuer as the Issuer has already agreed to do business. The key is the guarantee of supply and price.
