Customer Record with key details of the Customer and an OPT-IN version based on recording the customer's requirement for the supplier to preserve the Customer's right to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (CTH) and for professional care to be taken in dealing with the Customer under the Spam Act 2003 (CTH). This is the "hard" version. It records a Customer "opting in" for five different types of correspondence (Direct (mail) and Internet-related), the implication being that if they don't opt in they won't be receiving the communication type shown. This record also includes an OPT-IN for handing details on to a third party.
