QLD - Agency Agreement - Special deal for Members

An agreement (deed) between a supplier (the 'principal') and a website club owner ('the agent') in the State of Queensland that creates an agency for a given period and provides for a continuation of the agency, so long as the agent continues to meet the requirements of the agreement. The Club Owner introduces his/her Members to the value of buying from the supplier. The Supplier offers a discounted selling price to the Members and a secret commission to the Agent.
