Deed of Future Gift - Gratuitous Promise - QLD P2P

This deed is used for a simple gratuitous promise to transfer ownership of itemised object(s) in the State of Queensland. A gratuitous promise is a promise to transfer money or property to someone who is not providing anything in return. In this version the transfer of ownership is at some date in the future. It includes a release form to be signed by the receiver upon receipt of the object(s), thereby completing the deal. This is the "person to person" version.

A gratuitous gift is a transfer of money or property to someone who is not providing anything in return.
