Post implementation review

This white paper establishes controls over the planning of a post implementation review of (a) the new system and its abilities to meet expectations and (b) the process of implementation up to date, based on stage 7 of BS5515 (1984), following a successful handover at stage 6. It contains a detailed planning document for a complete and detailed examination of the system and of the associated processes, such as user requirements, user specification, system specification, development and implementation.
