This white paper establishes controls over the disposal of a system based on stage 4 of BS5515 (1984), at the end of its normal life-cycle. It contains a number of control documents for data files, backup copies and deletion of libraries, and disposal of documentation. It includes a disposal certificate. We have also included a process flow diagram, a simple (16 steps) procedure, glossaries, etc.
