A contract between a customer and a corporate body licensed as a private security operator in New South Wales to provide a combined Class 1A/1B security product - armed bodyguard (includes firearms and dogs).
These orders are for extreme cases only, where the mother has evidence that the father intends to take the child out of Australia without the mother's permission.
At the outset of proceedings in the Family Court of Australia, the mother seeks urgent interim orders, made ex parte (without prior notice to the father):
- to stop the father taking the child out of Australia;
- to notify passport control that the child should not leave Australia;
- to direct police to return the child to the mother to live with the mother until further order;
