In order to perform duty of care, you must know what care is needed. Each child is different. This form to be filled out by the parent giving informed consent to the child to participate in the excursion and clear details regarding health and allergies etc, and granting indemnity to supervisors if duty of care is complied with. Informed consent requires clear details by the delegated supervisor about what the parent is agreeing to. Supervisor completes details of the excursion on the screen and parent completes with a pen.

These are Parenting Orders, claimed by a father in his application to the Family Court of Australia, concerning two school-age children. The father proposes that the children live in a 'shared parenting arrangement' with each parent for alternate weeks, from Friday afternoon to the following Friday afternoon. Alternatively, if the Court decides that the children shall normally live with their mother, the Father proposes that the children have a regular routine of time with him, including every second weekend; half of school holidays; and on other special days.

Registerable instrument. This loan agreement in the State of Queensland is for a new loan by a non-shareholder to the company for a period not exceeding ten years. It sets up a floating charge over the property of the company and restricts subsequent loans. The terms and conditions of the loan are established by resolution of the Board and by this instrument and a Debenture Certificate is issued. The debenture is registered with ASIC within 45 days of this instrument. This agreement contains 3 appendices and an example Debenture Certificate.

In drafting subpoenas, it helps to know the exact types of documentation which the producing party normally acquires in the course of its business. This subpoena is addressed to an importer. Whenever you subpoena a corporation or business in a highly specialised undertaking, you need to describe the precise forms usually employed in that undertaking.

This generic deed is suitable for a deed between two corporations in the State of Queensland. In its template form it says nothing and does nothing. However it contains useful interpretation clauses, useful implementation clauses, and confidentiality clauses. In its first section the template contains ample fields where the customer can insert a "recital" of the circumstances giving rise to the deed. In its "operative" section the template contains: * Covenants (undertakings) of each of the parties. For example: "The First Party shall ... do such and such by a certain date ...."

This loan agreement is for a new loan by a person to a partnership (business loan but joint and several) in any State. Australian legal agreement (simple).
