An interesting petty cash voucher under

He uses tick boxes for a limited number of Account numbers making recording very simple. (Only a limited number of accounts are used in the petty cash process.) (Note: Our trader does his own payments at the end of the day using Internet banking and he also refunds each voucher with a transfer from the business bank account to his personal bank account, making the bank statement a key record in the posting process, and eliminating the need for a petty cash book.)
