In mid 2015 it is expected that the Legal Profession Act 2004 will be repealed and replaced by a Legal Profession Uniform Law (Uniform Law). The Uniform Law will be supplemented by Legal Profession Uniform Rules (Uniform Rules) which have not yet been made. The Uniform Law and Uniform Rules will be implemented in Victoria and New South Wales.
