Another way of achieving the Personal Services Contract. A statutory declaration (any State) to accompany any contract between an Issuer and a Tenderer where the Tenderer declares that he/she qualifies as a personal services business under one or more of the four qualifications laid down by the ATO under the Alienation of Personal Services Income Regulations NAT 8028 and includes the definition of qualifications laid down by NAT 4788, thereby giving the Issuer the confidence to go ahead with signing the contract. This Register of Interest (ROI) is expected to be prepared by suppliers with whom we hope to create a long term relationship.
