Performance criteria

This is a more personal look at the performance of the work unit from the point of view of the unit leader. It must therefore be completed after the annual performance review of each of the team members (1) and the annual performance review of the work unit as a whole (2) is complete.

This translates the work unit goals into some personal goals for the unit leader, so that the unit leader is not simply being evaluated on the performance of others. It happens after the completion of the work unit goals review (5).

This code of ethics looks at the ethics of telling lies in the company. It starts with a detailed analysis of "what is a lie?" and finds that moralism doesn't help - you can't just say that telling lies is bad and leave it at that. It then looks at some Australian law that deals with lies in the company, mainly
