Another way of achieving the Personal Services Contract. A statutory declaration (any State) to accompany any contract between an Issuer and a Tenderer where the Tenderer declares that he/she qualifies as a personal services business under one or more of the four qualifications laid down by the ATO under the Alienation of Personal Services Income Regulations NAT 8028 and includes the definition of qualifications laid down by NAT 4788, thereby giving the Issuer the confidence to go ahead with signing the contract. A formal contract between a company (the Seller) and a co-operative (the Buyer), agreeing the conditions of any sale agreed within a fixed period.

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a legal document which contracts out the maintenance of particular elements of the system. Usually this SLA is drawn up to identify an area of the system that can be seen as a single domain and that cannot be serviced under the main Master Service Agreement (MSA). The SLA describes services to be provided in return for fees and levels of performance required and penalties for lack of performance. An agreement between a company and a contractor in the State of Queensland for an outsourced manufacturing process where the product is supplied by the company, worked on by the contractor and then delivered back to the company. It contains commitments to schedules, times and pricing, and talks about performance targets, responsibility for loss in delivery, indemnities for quality and warranties of final product.

A Software Licensing Agreement for the transfer under licence of intellectual property in the form of software and related documentation in the Northern Territory of Australia where the transfer is temporary for a period in which the Service Provider provides both the license and software support. It includes an agreement for signing by the Service Provider and the Customer, a non-transferable, non-exclusive software licence and a warranty limited as far as possible plus the terms of support.
